All right, guys, so remember I told you not that long ago, one of the problems with the age we're living in is it feels like nothing matters, right? It feels like any sort of rules or standards that were there before, they are so far gone. That is laughable at this point. And gotta be honest, I missed the standards, I missed the rules. And now, I mean, we've basically, certainly in the US in some other countries as well, but Primarily in the US we have legalized scams. The fact that NFTs got big, embarrassing. The fact that crypto is still big. After Sam Bankman Fried was outed as a total fraud, the entire industry is a flamin hot fucking mess of grift and scams and frauds, right? You would think like, okay, we're done with crypto, we're done with NFTs, it's time to move on. This is obviously like, this was a game, this was a trick.

It was like a trick played on people to shake them down, right? Well, as we all know, two days before Trump's inauguration, he ran a massive crypto scam on his own supporters. He launched his own coin. Now, you know, we have a deeper theory about that too, by the way. I think that Krystal came up with this theory to give her the credit. But a lot of the tech authoritarian oligarchs who are mega rich probably made a deal with Trump where they said, look, we're going to give you all the money in the world to win your election and then we're also going to make you as rich as us by doing this Trump meme COIN scam. And in return for that, you need to basically let us run the government. And that's where you see Doge, right? This is where Doge comes from, effectively.

That's my theory. But now it's like, so Javier Malay, the anarcho capitalist leader of Argentina who's doing a horrific job, he saw what Trump did and he's like, shit, I'm going to get in on this fun. So listen to this. Javier Milei pushes a crypto token, then deletes post amid fears of scam President Javier Milei advertised a crypto token he said was meant to help local Argentine businesses. But his support was met with widespread concern about a potential scam and he deleted the post. Don't give me this Weasley potential scam. It's a fucking scam. Say it plain as day. Milei initially promoted the Libra token late Friday in a post on X, saying the money raised would go to help small and medium sized companies in Argentina, I'm sure. And stressing that the project was privately run. In a text message, he added that he would reap no personal benefit.

Financial benefit from the venture. Doubt. Doubt. I mean, you. You'd have to be so naive to believe this for even a second. The token's name appeared to be in reference to Malay's political party, La Libertad Avanza, or his libertarian roots as an economist. Malay told Bloomberg he met with the company behind the Coin Kip protocol months ago. The company's website includes a blog post featuring a selfie with his co founder and Argentine president giving a thumbs up dated October 20th. So now, by the way, this guy is supposedly a trained economist and he's like, bro, I. I don't even, I don't even know what this is, bro. Excuse you. You're a trained economist, but you don't know what this is? The token's launch was not handled by Kip. According to a post on the company's X account. We did not profit a single cent from today's activities.

Sure. The company added. Kip did not respond to several requests for comment. Argentines immediately began to panic over whether the presidential social media was hacked or if Malay himself had been duped by crypto scammers. Community notes published on X, the social media platform owned by Malay's ally Elon Musk, cautioned people against the coin. Crypto Scams often called rug pulls, are rife on social media. Malay deleted the initial post five hours later, saying he was not aware of the details of the project. And after having become aware of it, I decided not to continue spreading the word. This is. Jesus Christ. This is like fucking amateur hour too, when it comes to scams. Despite being a Wall street darling, Malay has so far struggled to lure foreign investment into Argentina, even as his government crushes inflation and passes business friendly reforms. By the way, let me pause here to point out that this article is incredibly misleading with how they frame that Javier Milei has delivered Argentina a 53% poverty rate.

53%. Oh, oh. Business friendly environment. Like that's how you describe this? That's how you describe this. It's a scam friendly environment. Jesus fucking Christ. So here to show you what this looks like. Now, this guy, I believe this guy is pro crypto. This guy here, he, he says the following. We need to stop normalizing pump and dumps in crypto. Oh, you don't say. But like, this is what crypto is, bro. Okay, the president of Argentina just promoted a crypto project publicly. And a small group of insiders used that to cash out over $100 million in two hours, making price. The price collapse 97%. A classic pump and dump. So insiders made $100 million? 107, I believe, is the exact number the last time I saw. And so the question is, how much did Javier Milei get offered up front? Like, how much did he get paid up front?
-
Unknown A
Because he definitely got paid a fee up front to post this. Is it 1 million? Is it 10 million? Like, we don't know, right? But it's certainly something. So you want to know what it looks like when the President of Argentina promotes a crypto scam? And then it's a classic pump and dump. Here's what it looks like in graph form. You see this? Boom, collapse. Boom, collapse. And now he's out there, bro, I don't even know. Bro, I don't even know what you're talking about. We thought. I mean, this. We didn't even do anything. I don't even know what this is. This is what this era has gotten us, bro. The era of neoliberalism, financial deregulation, the idea that the people at the top are just the most brilliant people and hardest working. This is what it gets you. It gets you a scam economy where every direction you look, people are getting scammed.

The President of the United States ran a crypto scam on his own supporters two days before his inauguration. And now the sitting President of Argentina ran a crypto scam. Look, here's here. I'll give you the silver lining. The silver lining is so far, in every other country that we've seen similar things, there actually has been accountability. So remember when the South Korean president tried to do a couple one random weekday? And what happened? All the opposition lawmakers literally rushed to their government building and were like, jumping over walls and shit to get in there. And it was like a unanimous vote where they were like, fuck you, we're revoking your bullshit martial law claim. So there was accountability. Then that guy was arrested, right? Think of when Brazil had their own January 6th. What happened? Bolsonaro got banned from running for office for an extended period of time, right?

The US Is the only country where we got this guy who tried to stay in power, did January 6, did the fake elector slate, and then he got back in the White house. He had 91 crimes. He didn't go down for any of them. He's back in the fucking White House. He ran a crypto scam. There's no Accountability in sight. There's no justice in sight. But so far, other countries like South Korea and Brazil, they've managed to, like, keep these dark forces at bay and still hold on to some semblance of law. And that's my hope for Argentina, right, is that. Is that somehow the opposition gets its shit together. He gets impeached over this or whatever legal process he has to go through in order to, you know, really get justice and accountability for this. Because we can't live in this world, bro. We really can't live in this world where, like, the people who are ruling us are the worst among us.

It really is kakistocracy shit. It really is. When the people running the country are dropping massive scams on their own supporters. Like, that's low, bro. Usually people at the top, historically, it's like, they don't really give a about you, but it's sort of like a neutral thing, right? This is like, not only do we not give a about you, you're the mark, you're the market. We're going to shake you down for all you're worth, even if you're already low income. And that's what we're witnessing that. And there's all these videos now in social media. Some. Some, you know, influencer from Argentina basically threatening Javier Milei because he lost all of his savings. And, like, it's just so sad. It's so dark. It's so sad. Guys, crypto's a massive scam. Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money, don't waste your effort.

Don't. You're in a casino, bro. You're in a fucking casino. Understand it, accept it for what it is, because that's what it is. One more point on this. Before he became president, Javier Milei was sued for promoting a different crypto scam. That's great. And then there's an article here that talks about that. So this is. This is what we're dealing with. This is who we're dealing with. Dark isn't a strong enough term. We. We've crossed the Rubicon. We are. We're in the Twilight Zone in a way. When I was a kid, I never thought we would fall this far. But we have fallen. That's for sure. Hey, y'all do me a favor and like and subscribe. It helps out big time in the algorithm.
